Who are we?
PHD PREMIUM sp. z o.o. is a development company from the premium segment, implementing investments of the highest standard. It is the result of the activities of the Perfect Home Development group, which since 2008 has been gaining experience in the housing market, systematically improving the quality of implemented projects. The total number of residential, hotel and house investments on the Krakow market that we have completed comprehensively or prepared for institutional clients exceeds 1200 units. For years we have been creating spaces adapted to the real needs of residents. We do not follow momentary trends — we focus on what actually affects the comfort of life. Each of our investments is thought out for location, functionality and durability so that it will serve well for decades to come.
